Privates are personalised yoga tuition for individuals or small groups. They normally run for one hour and are ideal for people who like one on one attention and wish to either fine tune their practice or have a health condition or physical limitation that prevents them from joining a regular yoga class. This may include but not limited to:
- recovery from injury
- joint pain
- stiff neck and shoulders
Primarily yoga is a very effective tool at alleviating pain, which is the first step to recovery from any health condition. It also has the ability to restructure the anatomical body, while nourishing the physiological body and soothing the nervous system making it suitable for those suffering digestive ailments, structural misalignments or mental exhaustion. In short, Yoga is a unique method of restoring balance to the whole system. Tracy is well versed in the therapeutic benefits of Yoga, gained from both personal experience and through her students over the past 20 years.
The privates are held at an agreed location at a suitable time.
- One on one lesson $70 or with a personalised program $100
- Groups of 2 $50 each
- Groups of 3 – 4 $40 each
